For damaged hair: distribute over dry lengths and ends before shampooing and leave in for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse, then wash with Integrity Nourishing Shampoo and Conditioner or Intensive Treatment.

For dry hair: mix with Integrity Nourishing Conditioner or Intensive Treatment. Distribute over hair after shampooing, leave in for 3 to 5 minutes, then comb and rinse.
