AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING - FREE OVER $99 

At Salon Style we dispatch and deliver your products super-fast around Australia from our Adelaide facilities. We offer the following shipping options:

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

A signature is required upon delivery of all orders.  If you are not at home to sign for your delivery Australia Post will take your parcel to your local Post Office for collection and a card will be left notifying you off this. On our checkout page, you can chose to provide us with 'Authority To Leave' your order at your shipping address by leaving a comment in the Delivery Instructions field. This means you feel safe to authorise our drivers to leave the parcel at your shipping address without a signature. If you request this, you accept full responsibility of your parcel and Salon Style or our couriers will not be held responsible for your parcel after delivery.

Please note Delivery Instructions are included on parcel labels, however, are subject to the discretion of Australia Post delivery drivers. Drivers are not able to call customers prior to or at the time of delivery.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

To ensure your satisfaction, we pack and ship your items with the greatest of care. We offer optional shipping insurance at a cost of $2.95 per order which covers your parcel if it is lost in transit or for any damage to items that may occur including any leaks or breakage during transit. This insurance fee is automatically added to your cart during checkout. Customers who choose to remove this insurance accept that Salon Style will not be held responsible for any lost parcels or damage that occurs during transit. Any parcels or damaged items will not be replaced or refunded if not covered by insurance.

 

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING - FREE OVER $130

New Zealand residents have the option at the checkout to select the optional $4.95 Shipping Insurance for order. This will cover your parcel and products for loss or damage during transit. Please see above for definition of Shipping Insurance. Orders not covered by Shipping Insurance cannot be replaced or refunded. Free Shipping Coupons are not valid for New Zealand orders.

New Zealand parcels are delivered by New Zealand Post on behalf of our carrier Australia Post. Delays in transit and customs can delay parcels arriving in some circumstances, however please contact us if you have not received your order after 14 business days. All prices on our site are in Australian Dollars.

Prices on our site are in Australian Dollars by default however we have a currency conversion tool at the top of our site allowing you to switch to NZ Dollars.

Please note customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Any customs and duties charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be.

Dangerous goods (eg. aerosol cans), electrical items, Cloud Nine, GHD, Parlux, Comfort Zone, Evo, Keune and Moroccanoil products are unable to be shipped outside Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - $22.95 FLAT RATE UP TO 3kg

We ship to the following Countries: Austria, Belgium, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungry, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Eremites, United Kingdom, United States.

Orders exceeding 3kg in weight may require an additional shipping surcharge to be paid. Orders are shipped via Australia Post and depending on location can take between 5-20 business days to arrive*. 

International customers have the option of selecting $5.95 Shipping Insurance for orders during the checkout process to covere any loss or damage during transit. Please see above for explanation of Shipping Insurance. Orders not covered by Shipping Insurance will not be replaced or refunded. Free Shipping Coupons are not valid for any international destinations.

It is your obligation to ensure all your address details are correct on your order, including any relevant information in English for us to ship your parcel correctly. Your parcel will be shipped as per your instructions, should it not reach you - we will not be held responsible.

International parcels are delivered by the relevant national postal service of the destination country on behalf of our carrier AusPost. Prices on our site are in Australian Dollars by default however we have a currency conversion tool at the top of our site.

*Whilst most parcels are delivered in the 5-15 business day time frame, some transit times may be longer on occasion. If you have not received your goods by 20 business days (approx. 1 calendar month)  from placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Team.

ORDER & DELIVERY PROCESS

Orders placed before 2pm EST will be despatched the same day and go through the following stages:

  1. Please ensure all details on the Order Confirmation page are accurate when submitting your order. Upon placing your order you will receive an email confirmation including a copy of your order details. 

  2. You can monitor the progress of your order inside Your Account. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking details via email.

  3. Upon delivery to your address your parcel will require a signature unless you have provided delivery instructions otherwise. If you have not given any instructions, your parcel will be carded and taken to your local Post Office where it will be held for 2 weeks. We advise you to have your order shipped where someone is available to receive and sign for the goods (eg. work/business address - please incude business name and floor level if applicable). If shipping to a business, please include any relevant closure times/dates.
